Satisfaction Guarantee
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, audorcom Music offers a 30-day customer satisfaction guarantee. If you need to return an item (not included in the Exceptions to our Return Policy), we will assist you with the return process. Please obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number from returning the merchandise. Merchandise returned without an RA will be refused.

Exceptions to our Return Policy
Due to copyright laws, song books, sheet music, videos, DVD's, CD's, tapes and software may not be returned or exchanged. Health and sanitary regulations prohibit the exchange or return of any mouth blown or in-ear device.

Please follow the easy steps below:
1) Upon receipt of your phone call, we will provide you with a RA number.
We will honor your return if:
a) The merchandise being returned is received by audorcom Music® Inc within 30 days of the purchase date.
b) The item purchased is in original condition with no signs of wear.
c) All packaging and accessories are included, and warranty papers have not been completed
d) Your return package has our RA number on the shipping box's label and is shipped to audorcom Music Inc 1412 Hillcrest Rd Mobile, AL 36695

2) We will not accept any packages without a Return Authorization number on the shipping label. PLEASE do not write on the outside of the manufacturer's box. Package the product well (with all original packing material and warranty cards) and write the RA number clearly on the outside of the shipping label, not the product box.

3) For your protection, choose a return shipping method that provides you with tracking information (like USPS, FedEx, or UPS). You are responsible for merchandise until it safely arrives at our facility. Insure the items for the full purchase price and double box if necessary using the original packing material inserted into another suitable shipping carton.

4) If you return an item that was shipped to you with free freight, the original freight cost will be charged back to you. You are responsible for both outbound and return shipping if an item is not purchased. If an order is refused, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge and may not be eligible for a refund.

5) A refund will be made (less shipping charges) for returned items in new condition with all original materials, packing and warranty cards (if applicable). If the returned product is not in original condition, we will charge a minimum restocking fee of 15%. If an order is refused, you will be responsible for the return shipping charge and may not be eligible for a refund.
